2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Our Written Workmanship Warranty
Effective November 1, 2026
Every tile installation by Albaner Tile and Stone LLC (ROC #311992) comes with a 2-year warranty on our workmanship. If a problem covered below shows up within 2 years, we come back and fix it.
What's Covered
- Cracked tile caused by our installation
- A shower that doesn't drain properly because of a defective slope (pitch) we built
- Leaks from our waterproofing
What's Not Covered
- Damage from the house settling or other structural movement
- Plumbing fixtures (valves, shower heads, drains, faucets and similar). These are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty, not by us.
- Materials supplied by the customer
This warranty covers our workmanship only. It does not cover the tile or other materials themselves.

Call us at (602) 882-6513. We'll come out, look at the problem, and fix anything covered by this warranty.
